Hello everyone! How are the Easter preparations going?!? I have not yet begun to think about Easter day! Yikes! I’m going to have to plan fast! I’ve got sooo much custom work right now, that’s all I had been doing! Here are some photos of a couple of the custom projects I am finishing up next to my beautiful pepto-bismol lamp that I love oh-so-much!

I have not had as much time to work since J got off for spring break, but I needed to play a bit! Lately I’ve been thinking many times a day how much richer my life has become since becoming a mom. J brings so much happiness to our lives and I feel so lucky to know him, so blessed He’s such a good kid and we have so much fun together! We’ve been making robots and playing our own little version of Top Chef! Below is a picture of our syrup bear breakfast and the beginnings of our robot! We’ve done a lot since this pic was taken, but I dont have any new pics yet! I will take some soon though b/c he’s really super cute! We are having fun making all his little buttons & gadgets!

This is probably my last post until after Easter, so here’s a little Easter drawing for you!

I cant even tell you just how excited I am about all the things that are coming together for me right now (hence the lack of bloggeeto-ing) I am going to give you a sneak peek of one of the brand new and totally exciting things coming about very soon!

Yep! That’s right! Very cute & stylish dishes are coming to DeMarco Designs! Things are in the works and I should have my first hard sample with-in a week! If everything looks ok I will get them into the shop for you just in time for all those outdoor BBQ’s that I’m sure everyone is looking forward to! If there’s something you’d like to see maybe based on one of your favorite designs from our stationery, just let me know and who knows! It may be featured in the first round of plate designs!
I have lots more going on and I will share more about the new surprises I’ve got in store for you very soon! I dont like to say too much until everything is ready to go, but trust me folks, there’s a ton of new, non-paper stuff coming your way all adorned with DeMarco Designs style!
OH! Also, look for lots of new testimonials in the happy customer page and I’ve got a ton of new custom stationery projects ready to be put up in the custom gallery! Whew! So many exciting things happening here at DeMarco Designs it sort of takes my breath away! Thank you so much for your support, though so cliche and overused, I really have to say it… none of this would be possible without you! So Thank you!!!

Hello!! Wow! It’s been sooooo long! I had a rush of custom work and seriously did not have an extra minute to blog properly! I have however taken lots of photo’s and mental notes for some super fun posts now that I am having a bit of a break!! So look out, I’ve got lots of cute on it’s way to you! Things like the new ’sheriff station’ we built in the back yard for the kids (club house is scheduled to be built next weekend!) and a plush chair I know you will adore! Also, some bento lunches and of course lots of new stationery! Like these Easter sets coming very soon to the shop!

I hope you have a very sweet Valentines day! I will be working in J’s class *yay* and from there, we will head over to my sister’s house for a little celebration with my mom & dad and family! We had originally planned a dinner w.out kids, but we could not make it work with all our schedule’s and finding babysitters etc. I love hanging out at my sisters though, so it’s should be fun, we usually have a really good time together!
I *really* want to see Music & Lyrics at some point this weekend too!

I know a lot of people dont find Hugh Grant attractive, and I have to admit, he is rather odd looking… but as far as actors go, he is easily in my top five! …and I know he nearly always plays the same type of part….. but what can I say, I love honest, flagrant sarcasm in my movies! My favorite movies/actors have always been the ones that have perfected the rude, slightly arrogant yet so endearing roles! It all started with Bill Murray, who I had a huge crush on when I was little, okay, I still sort of do I typically dont like pretty boys much. If, by chance you have not seen ‘about a boy’ you should, it’s another hugh grant character that I love over and over, it just gets better with time… a really great movie.

In other news, and totally unrelated (yet again) I ordered a subscription to this extra-ordinary publication!

I cant wait to get it! Have I ever mentioned how much I love Dave Cross? …I do, I love him. hmmmm, Dave Cross, Hugh Grant & Bill Murray….add in a little Mark Ruffalo and you might just have the makings of perfection! If you wanna see Dave in action check out Photoshop t.v it’s fantastic and among the many useful Photoshop tips & humorous chit chat, they also give away some great prizes!
