Hello Everyone! I’ve had a busy week! Have you heard about the new ‘Moo’ cards from Flickr yet? I first saw them a few weeks ago and ordered some! You make them from your flickr photos, it’s easy! On the back you can write up to 5 lines of text and have your user pick printed on the right side as well. They’re super tiny (like 2.75″ x just over 1″) If you have a pro account, you can get 10 free cards, which I did, but then I had to have more, so I ordered the 100 cards for 19.95! I love them, and how nice to be able to have the option of having 100 different images printed for that price! They will be great for sending out with orders! You can find out more here! I still have not decided what to be for Halloween…I was thinking I’d be milk….carton style (and T would be chocolate milk!)…Knudsen Brand of course! The costume would be fairly simple but not very wearable…so I also thought of being a cute black bat…ya, I know…not very scary…☺ I don’t like to stuff that’s too morbid or spooky though! We’ll see, I still have some time!
Speaking of Halloween, I’ve made up some little goodie bags to be sent out with orders from now to Halloween (or until supplies run out!) Mmmmm, yum! I love regular old lolypops! My grandpa used to sweet talk the bank teller (remember when they had those tube transport things at banks and when the transport vessel came back to you, it would have a sucker or two in it?) well, grandpa would always charm the ladies and get a whole bunch and bring them to us! My favorites were (and still are) green and red, but really, any flavor works for me!

I want to add some non-custom paperweights to the shop, but am unsure what sort of things you may want? I’ve been working on some hand drawn letters, done in a uniquely “mariah-style” and thinking about maybe having the option of monogramed paper-weights using these…any thoughts on what you’d like to see? The weights themselves are so amazing, I have both crystal and exquisite glass!

I have looked and looked for high quality paper-weights and finally, finally I’ve found them! Now I just need to figure out what to put in them! ^_^

Last year my son started Kindergarten and as we started meeting new friends and making play dates with kids from his class, there were a ton of occasions when I wished I had a simple little card with our phone number & names, so, what did I do? I made one up (Mr. Alligator above)! Our son is now in 1st grade and things are busier than ever! More friends and numbers to keep track of, and what better way to do it than with these fun & simple contact cards! Cards must be ordered 100 at a time, but at $40 per set, their quite a bargain! Your custom text will be printed on the back of each card, including: Child’s name (last name is optional), home phone number & parents names! Please allow an extra 3-5 days shipping time for custom cards! ^_^
